Preparing an enquiry

The guided form keeps the details you enter in the current page’s memory while you prepare and edit a message. It does not automatically submit them to JINLONGJI or save them in a website enquiry database. Unless you choose to save a draft, reloading or leaving the page may clear the form.

Saved profiles, views and drafts

Saved profiles, comparisons and named filter views are stored locally in this browser, without an account. You can remove saved profiles and views or clear a comparison using the website controls. Clearing this website’s browser data also removes these preferences.

Saving an enquiry draft is optional and includes the contact details and project information you enter. When enabled, the draft is updated as you edit and can be restored for 14 days after its last save. Expired drafts are removed the next time you open the enquiry page. Use this option only on a device you trust. You can delete the saved draft on the enquiry page. Restoring a draft never restores your consent checkbox; confirm it again before preparing a message.

Downloading an enquiry creates a text file on your device. You control where it is stored and shared. If browser storage is unavailable, the website explains that your changes cannot be saved.

Sending through WhatsApp

Choosing “Open WhatsApp to send” passes your prepared message to WhatsApp through its link service. You then review and send it there. Information shared through WhatsApp is subject to that service’s privacy terms. Only include information needed for your project.

Website services

The website uses hosting services and remotely hosted application images. These providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, when loading the site. This version does not include advertising trackers or a website analytics integration.
