FROM BRIEF TO SPECIFICATION
Make every detail count.
A clear drawing and a shared understanding of the application make a better enquiry. Bring your requirements together before confirming a construction.
THE CONNECTION, FROM WITHIN
a complete bond.
all the way around.
360° fabric-to-core bonding.
Made for strength and stability.
It starts where the fabric meets the core. Full-circumference bonding creates continuous contact around the connection.
The fabric wraps around the core and extends into the attachment flap. Specify the fabric, coating and flap arrangement for your assembly.
A solid PVC core is shown in this example. Core material and finished outside diameter are confirmed for the selected construction.
The fabric and inner core are bonded around the full circumference. Continuous contact helps maintain connection strength and stability in use.

Bonded interface shown; no separate sleeve.
Your profile.
Define the cross-section, finished diameter, flap arrangement and dimensions. An existing sample or mating rail drawing gives the discussion a concrete starting point.
- Finished dimensions and tolerances to agree
- Track geometry and installation requirements
- A drawing reference and revision for the quotation
Your fabric.
Specify the complete fabric and core construction, including coating, color and proposed attachment. Review the material and joining method together.
- Fabric, coating and core requirements
- Welding, sewing or other assembly process
- Sample and material information to request
Your project.
Complete the brief with how the product will be supplied, used and received. Custom feasibility and commercial terms are confirmed after the requirements are reviewed.
- Quantity, roll or cut length and packaging
- Destination, target date and delivery terms
- Required documentation and acceptance checks
VERIFY WHAT MATTERS
Evidence for your decision.
Tell us which drawings, sample checks, material information or test reports your approval process needs. Request documents for the selected construction and review their scope against your application.
Production details, quality records and any certification should be confirmed in the project discussion.
